What stays on your device

Your daily profile, language choice, journal, intentions and notes are stored locally. Creating an account does not automatically upload them. We do not infer nationality; you select your report language. Optional reminders are local notifications, controlled in the app or device settings.

Accounts and reports

Netlify Identity processes your email and password for authentication. Our application database stores your account identifier and hashed session tokens, not a readable password. The iOS app stores its session in the protected device Keychain. Sessions expire after 30 days or when signed out or revoked. The account webpage keeps its application session in memory.

When you request a purchased report, your chosen name, birth date, language and period are sent to our Netlify-hosted service. We store the generated report, order and verified transaction information with your account for delivery and recovery. Apple handles payment; we receive transaction and product identifiers, purchase environment and order references, not your card number.

Why we process information

We use account and report data to provide the service you request and fulfil purchases. Our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention support session management, request protection and transaction-reuse prevention. We use support messages to answer requests and resolve issues, and retain records when a legal obligation requires it. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Website and providers

Netlify hosts this website, authentication and application database. Requests can include an IP address, browser information and basic operational logs needed to deliver and protect the service. The marketing pages do not install advertising trackers or use behavioural analytics. Fonts are hosted locally. Account pages may use authentication storage or cookies needed for sign-in and recovery. Links to Apple or other websites are governed by their own notices.

Netlify and Apple may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. Applicable provider contractual safeguards govern international processing; contact us for details about the safeguards relevant to your data. Apple processes store, testing and diagnostic information under its own policies and your settings. We do not sell personal information or send it to an AI or translation provider in this version.

Retention and deletion

Account records and purchased reports are retained while the account is active. Account deletion removes the active account, sessions and cloud reports, and downloaded account reports in the app. Provider backups can retain earlier records until their retention cycle ends. A minimal transaction marker, separated from the deleted account, remains to prevent reuse of a purchase. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations; contact us about deletion.

Account deletion does not erase the separate local daily profile, journal, reports created without an account, exported PDFs or external backups. You must manage those separately. Deleting only a saved profile does not delete its journal or reports. Removing the app removes local app data; exported and backed-up copies can remain. See the deletion guide.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. We may need to verify account ownership. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to the address above; do not send passwords, card details or a full report.

Personalisation and children

Reports automatically calculate numerology from the information you submit. This is symbolic personalisation, not a decision about employment, credit, insurance or another legal entitlement. The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted improperly, contact us.
