A report is missing

Sign in to the same Numerologist account, then open Profile → Account → Restore purchases & reports. Check your connection and whether Apple is still awaiting approval. If a confirmed purchase is missing, contact us before buying again.

I cannot sign in

Use the email and password created for Numerologist, not your Apple or email-provider password. Confirm your registration email. Use password recovery in the app or account page if needed.

Payment or refund questions

Apple processes iOS payments. Request a refund through Report a Problem. TestFlight uses simulated purchases and does not charge real money. Local prices can differ from the euro base prices; Apple shows the final amount before confirmation.

What to include

Tell us the app version, device model, report type and what happened. For a purchase issue, include the Apple order reference if available. Never send your password, payment-card details or a complete personal report.

Account and privacy requests

See our account deletion instructions and privacy notice. You can also email an access, correction or deletion request. We may verify that the account belongs to you.
